Every project includes a final inspection at completion, ensuring the roof meets all installation standards and is fully ready for service. This inspection allows our team to document system performance, verify proper drainage, and confirm that all components are functioning as intended.

For ongoing protection, Triad Roofing offers our Dual Umbrella Package, a twice-a-year maintenance plan that supports the long-term health of your roof. This program includes:

• Spring inspection to assess winter impact, clear debris, and address early seasonal concerns.
• Fall inspection to prepare the roof for colder temperatures and prevent issues before harsh weather arrives.

Each maintenance visit includes a full system check of membranes, seams, flashings, penetrations, drains, and rooftop accessories. Identifying small issues early helps extend the lifespan of the roof, reduce repair costs, and maintain warranty compliance.
